Strolling around our my alma mater in the province has brought back a lot of nostalgic memories. So much has changed since the last time I visited. Teachers come and go. The grade schoolers have now transcended into fine young adolescents. Old buildings were replaced with new ones. But one thing remains the same, the fact that 10 years ago I was here yearning for that quality education as a stepping stone towards achieving my dreams.

Few days from now, I will be unemployed as I embarked on a new chapter of my life. I will graduate on college on the 21st of April with a degree that I worked hard on to come this far, Nutrition and Dietetics. 5 years ago, I actually have no idea what my life would be after secondary school. All I know is that I want to live my life and go with the flow. With a few more encouragement from my parents, I conquered the city 234 kilometers away from home. 

Time did hyperlapse real quick to this moment. A lot has happened in a span of 4 years. I changed as a person, I believe. But at the end of the day, I was just thankful to the Lord that right now I made it this far, another step closer to my dreams.

How did I even survive? Well, it takes a lot of courage, self-motivation and will to do so. So if you're self-doubting at this moment, STOP! You will eventually make it. You will because you can. After all, if others can, why can't I and so can you!
